Regular house-call availability is organized into four primary service areas. Share your location and preferred times when inquiring for the most accurate details on current availability. Requests regarding further locations & travel for special events are evaluated on an individual basis.
Master alignment and form with programming tuned to your needs. Discover how your body organizes and where it compensates. Every body responds differently; goals, starting point, and frequency all matter. Two to three sessions per week is generally recommended for noticeable progress with posture, mobility, toning, and mind-body connection.
